During these uncertain times we will do our best to get your order to you on time. It may take up to 2 working days for UK orders to arrive. We hope that you and your loved ones are keeping safe and thank you for your understanding.

STANDARD DELIVERY

We offer standard delivery of £5.99 for DPD Next Day Delivery (next working day) for all orders under £100. We offer free delivery for orders over £100. Orders will normally arrive between 1-2 working days. This applies only for mainland UK postal addresses.

PLEASE NOTE: Any orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday and after 2pm on a Friday will mean your order will be dispatched on the Monday.

TRACKING ORDERS

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Visit www.dpd.co.uk to track your order.

SATURDAY DELIVERIES

Unfortunately, we do not deliver on a Saturday.

TIMING OF ORDERS

We process orders in our warehouse from 9am to 2pm Monday to Friday. Therefore, if your order is placed on a bank holiday, after 2pm, late on a Friday or on the weekend, please expect a small delay. Orders will normally arrive in 1-2 working days.

DELIVERIES 

Delivery to remote areas can take an extra 1-2 days. Local weather conditions can also affect delivery time.

BANK HOLIDAY DELIVERY

Over national UK bank holidays delivery will be delayed. Orders will be fulfilled on the next working day and will take 3-5 working days to be delivered.
